2 meter HT Standard SR-c146A Classic HT | CLASSIC 2 meter Ham Radio HT This is one of the first 2 meter HTs that were made for the Ham market. I believe it was in 1972 that Standard made this unit. The first HT was the SR-c146. I remember buying one in 1972 and I was amazed at how small it was especially for the money I paid for it. Now looking at it, I can not believe how big it is This radio is for the collector. Its in very very good shape, some crosion in the battery compartment. I hooked to a ps and the HT seems to receive and transmit fine. Leather case could be restored with a little polish. Overall, this is a nice radio. Use it for display and remember the old days when 2 meter HTs were just starting to be popular. I have not tested the charger, the bottom plate is missing off the charger but all looks good inside. As with all old electronics like this, it is sold as is, no returns.
