In the event of a prolonged "catastrophic" failure, Hamkey.com may elect to extend an ad term, but will not refund the original purchase price or any pro rated amount.

User understands that use of inappropriate content will cause the ad to be removed from the site WITHOUT refund or replacement of ad.
Users will not use the contact information obtained in the sale process of this site for any reason OTHER than contacting prospective buyers or sellers. Users founds to be harvesting and or using email addresses for reasons other than those stated here, will be removed from the database and prevented from placing further ads.
